Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@dkova.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions within 24 hours
3. Pack your item securely and ship it back to us
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear after we've processed your return.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us at support@dkova.com with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including digital products, items marked as final sale, and items returned after 30 days. If you're unsure, please contact us before purchasing.
